Ordering and Deliveries
For Invitations and Save the dates
Once you have decided on the style you would like, I take a deposit of either £25 or £50 depending on the style chosen. Once this has been paid we work on a full digital mock up. We make as many changes as required until you are happy. Then we send out a full proof in the post. This way you can see the physical piece before going to the full order.

Then we take full payment and your order is made.
Once full payment has been made no more changes can be made and any alterations needed will incur a further cost. We recommend you double check your final sample as this will be what is made.
After payment/final approval of the sample it can take 2-3 weeks to complete the order.
Delivery is then made via Royal mail on a tracked 24 hour.
For on the day stationery
Once you have chosen your item and a quote has been given, full payment is required.
Then once full payment has been made your order will be completed.
A digital proof will be sent to you to check before the order is completed.
These usually take 1 - 2 weeks to complete.

Larger items are sent via Parcelforce.
For Hire Items
Full payment is required upfront for all hire items along with a refundable £50 deposit.
This will be returned to you upon collection of the items.
Depending on the item a set up and delivery charge may be incurred.
For seating charts and signs a digital proof will be sent to you for approval before being made.
All items are hand delivered to the venue unless agreed with prior for collection or home delivery.
